Description
Viaje Private Bale Pajarito is the debut flavor of the new Private Bale line. To begin with, Viaje is a boutique cigar company specializing in the small batch approach to cigar making. Viaje owner Andre Farkas consistently releases highly sought-after, limited-edition blends going on over 10 years. Since 2008, Viaje cigars continue being extremely popular with seasoned smokers and new comers as well. To put it another way, they usually sell quickly.
With attention to detail, the mix consists of two Nicaraguan Corojo 99 binders from the Jalapa region along with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. The filler contains tobacco from the Estelí and Jalapa regions of Nicaragua. You know it has to be special since this creation is coming from the Aganorsa facility in Estelí, Nicaragua.
Considering the time and effort going into these great smokes, saying their complex would be an understatement. In fact, these cigars are the result of an eight year journey. The Company tells us all about them…..First, only the oldest tobaccos are chosen, but bales aren’t simply selected. Each Bale is pulled apart and inspected for quality. Leaves that don’t meet the criteria for Private Bale are set aside. This is a rigorous process, but necessary to produce a blend of superior quality. Once production has ended each cigar rests for nearly 9 months before review and packaging can begin.”
To sum up, the Viaje Private Bale Pajarito comes in a 5 x 52 size Robusto or a 6 x 50 Toro [Pajaro] in 34 count boxes. But Beware! These special cigars won’t be around forever! Get some while we have them!
