If you’ve come upon this very, very expensive Luxury Cigar you either already know how great it is or you’re curious. This stick contains a very an extremely sophisticated blend unlike virtually any other. The dense, oily Ecuadorian sun-grown wrapper encases a complex mixture of aged vintage long-fillers from Brazil, Nicaragua, and Honduras. The addition of a rarely grown aged strain of Grecian tobacco creates a unique spicy undertone that’s totally unto itself. The cigars are then aged for over a year in their boxes. While this edition falls within the medium to full bodied range, I couldn’t describe it better than Cigar Aficionado when then gave it a 90 rating;
“A soft, oily pyramid with a loose, easy draw. It has earthy notes of honey, caramel and espresso, with a long spicy finish. A medium-bodied cigar that will improve with age.”
Every now and again, you really do get what you pay for.
