This blend consists of very select Nicaraguan and Honduran tobacco fillers and binder leaves. Encasing all this is a prime Nicaraguan wrapper from the Jalapa region. The result was an immediate success.
The critics at Halfwheel describe it as a flavor bomb. Think pizza dough, almonds, sweet apple and pita bread fro starters! Leaf Enthusiast rates it at 90. They’re words are perfect. “A very nice medium-bodied flavor profile that has plenty of complexity.” Developing Palates expands with more details. ‘You’re treated to earth, leather, toasted notes, spices, creme brûlée, chocolate and baking spices.” But when Blind Man’s Puff scored it an astounding 93, it really took off. Their take was the best. “This is really a nice cigar. The initial mild flavors attracted my interest and the gradual increase in intensity was perfect to end my day.”
