Description
Aging Room Solera Corojo is another great addition to this popular line. The Aging Room brand was created by Rafael Nodal and launched in 2011. A point often overlooked is these cigars are made by three Master Blenders: Jochy Blanco of Tabacalera La Palma in Tamboril, Dominican Republic along with Nestor Plasencia Jr. and A.J. Fernandez in Nicaragua. The brand’s portfolio includes several high-scoring cigars across many lines. Since 2017, distribution is by Altadis U.S.A. Inc
To begin with, the Solera line utilizes the Solera drying process which is used in Spanish wine making. This technique employs staggering the aging of leaves and slowly combining new leaves as the process continues. This time consuming method adds a totally enhanced taste to the tobaccos. This wonderful medium to full bodied cigar has been described in many ways over the years. One highly critical smoker who rated it at 93 said it best, “A warm, rich cedar core with notes of earth, milk chocolate, and coffee”. To sum up, This blend is a winner! There’s no doubt why its so well liked.
The Aging Room Solera Corojo is available in three popular sizes of 20 count boxes. If you haven’t tried one of these amazing cigars yet, what are you waiting for? Grab a box of Solera Corojo today and see what you’ve been missing.

I remember when this edition came out a few years ago. I tried it and thought it was pretty good. Smokers that have sampled other Aging Room blends picked a favorite and compared Solaera Corojo to the ones they liked and didn’t feel it hit the mark for them. First timers seemed to like this Dominican purebreds medium to slightly full bodied character offering a bit of sweetness and spice with notes of coffee, cocoa and citrus.
