Description
Back 2 Back Connecticut is one of two unique cigars coming to us from Davidoff. To begin with, the company was founded in 1911 by Zino Davidoff. Since then, Davidoff has become one of top luxury brands in the world. Today, this company’s portfolio includes such storied names as Camacho, Avo, Griffins, Winston Churchill and Cusano to name a few. They are famous for the prestigious Davidoff White Label Line.
With attention to detail the Back 2 Back line is a collaboration between this great company and renowned graffiti artists from NYC; UR New York Art Collective. Putting the great urban artwork on the box aside, these are great cigars for the price. These Dominican made Connecticut editions offer a balance of approachability and complexity, making them perfect for a wide range of smokers.
No doubt, considering the price and large sizes, the results are pretty impressive. Developing Palates feels you do get a lot of cigar for your money with an enjoyable flavor profile. Think hardwoods, creaminess, black pepper and spices in a mild to medium bodied smoke. Bespokeunit thinks this Back2Back is good as well. “This is the entry level for Davidoff and well worth a try. The Back2Back Connecticut is an enjoyable smoke fully of cedar and nutty notes, with a hint of pepper too.” Take the case of the guys at Blind Man’s Puff. They give it a 90 rating……”I thought this was a great cigar and enjoyed bigger ring gage. It has a great feel in your hand. It’s on the milder side in strength so that even someone who leans to a stronger cigar would enjoy this cigar.”
To sum up, Back 2 Back Connecticut comes in a variety of popular sizes of 50 count boxes. But FEAR NOT.…you can also purchase a five pack to check them out.

The “Back2Back” brand was launched by Davidoff in 2018 as a fairly priced “Meat and Potatoes” smoke. My only issue with the company was only offering them in huge boxes of 50 sticks. In short , they’re well made mild to slightly medium bodied cigars with a pleasant complexity. Even the enormous Gordo remains consistent with its smaller siblings yielding a slight sweetness and balanced, mellow smoothness. If you enjoy tamer tasting cigars, this is a good one to try. The Nicaraguan contents contributes a brighter character without being overpowering. Pick a size and try a five pack.
