Description
The Aganorsa Leaf Corojo is another great achievement for this storied brand.Beginning in 1997 Aganorsa Leaf has grown to become one of the cigar industry’s powerhouses. To begin with, Aganorsa plants some 1,200 acres of tobacco annually in Nicaragua. All of the wrapper, binder and filler leaves yield over 15,000 bales. Whats more important is this crop consists of the highly desirable Cuban Seed variety. Today, Aganorsa supplies tobacco to countless firms making tens of millions of cigars. Their own signature brands have become highly rated and desirable the world over.
With this in mind, as varied as this extensive line of perfectly made cigars is, each one still stands out as a uniquely blended and carefully crafted one off with attention to detail. Aganorsa not only produces their own brand but also some of the most highly acclaimed boutique cigars including HVC, Illusione and Warped. To sum up, the Company describes this medium to full bodied cigar as not being for beginners. On that note, the Corojo is balanced with enough strength and flavor to be enjoyed by any true Aficionado.
The Aganorsa Leaf Corojo is available in three popular sizes of 15 count boxes as well as five packs! The Titan is a top pick!

It’s been said that this Corojo edition of the series is an “acquired taste”. Yes, it was rated 93 and generally described as a very good medium bodied cigar. And yes, it utilized a vintage blend of Nicaraguan long fillers and binder combined with a Corojo wrapper from 2006. While some folks felt it wasn’t strong enough, others said it was just right. As I’ve always said, taste is a personal preference.
For me, I enjoyed the sweet and spicy taste along with the multitude of flavor notes I experienced as I smoked it. Think hazelnuts, nutmeg, black pepper and natural tobacco for starters.
