Description
Cohiba Nicaragua is another great version of this amazing brand. The Dominican made Cohiba began its journey when Diaz y Cia developed the cigar in 1978. General Cigar’s dogged determination to retain the property rights to this icon has been a long and hard fight. From then the cigar went through blending changes over the decades that continue to this day. As the name suggests, this edition is the first Cohiba made in Nicaragua.
To begin with, this Cohiba was introduced around 2015. Unlike its Dominican counterparts, strength is the key here. No doubt the Nicaraguan Esteli and Jalapa leaves contribute to this cigars rich robust taste. With attention to detail, the Honduran Sun Grown Colorado Oscuro wrapper adds flavor and balance to this powerhouse blend. To sum up, this particular Cohiba will please even the most discerning seasoned smokers with a satisfying Cuban style smoking experience.
The Cohiba Nicaragua is available in 5 popular sizes. If you’ve never tried one of these amazing cigars, what are you waiting for? From the small Pequenos to the very hefty N60, any size you pick will prove to be a thoroughly enjoyable super smooth smoking experience.

Rich Cucharo –
You know the name. When this Nicaraguan Cohiba came to market it received a 91 rating for starters. When Cuban Cohiba smokers tried it they did a double take! When I was given a small corona to try, I couldn’t believe the robust yet smooth full bodied taste of this little guy! If you’re a mild to medium guy, move away from this one unless you’re game for an eye opening experience and introduction to a whole new level of taste. Buckle Up!
