Description
Crowned Heads Four Kicks Capa Especial is a collaboration between Ernesto Perez-Carrillo and Jon Huber in 2011. This listing also includes The Mule Kick LE and Aguilas LE 2021 blends. To begin with, Nashville based Crowned Heads is headed up by four former CAO executives. After leaving CAO in 2010 they began producing unique cigars known for their Cuban-inspired packaging and blending. Today, the company remains committed to producing cigars of exceptional quality, flavor, and balance.
With attention to detail, the Capa Especial is well-balanced, bringing out plenty of clean, sweet flavors from start to finish. Cigar Aficionado rates it a 93 naming it a top 25 cigar of the year. They declare, “Covered in an Ecuadoran Sumatra wrapper, this is the version of Four Kicks Perez-Carrillo prefers and it brims with leather, hazelnut, earth and orange zest.”
Without a doubt, the Capa Especial Águilas LE 2021 has a rich tobacco aroma and a potent yet balanced smoke. Think deep, spicy, and earthy notes. The highly critical folks at Halfwheel say this blend did a very impressive job starting off with good flavor and developing it from there, impressively weaving its flavor components in, out and ultimately together to create a very enjoyable cigar.
And last but not least, the Mule Kick LE. We’ll just let the folks at Simply Stogies say what they think about this terrific smoke. “There is a complexity to the Mule Kick LE that is impressive, with each draw uncovering layers of flavor.”
To sum up, Crowned Heads Four Kicks Capa Especial and the other listings come in a variety of sizes and packing depending on which one you select. You get also get a five pack to try one out.
