Description
Factory Throwouts is just one of the amazing cigars brought to us by this renowned company. Founded in 1895, J C Newman is America’s oldest premium cigar company producing names like Diamond Crown , Quorum, Brick House and Perla Del Mar. Whats more important is the company is the exclusive arm of distributing Arturo Fuente throughout the United States. With this is mind, you know everything with their name on it is top quality. What’s more important is that J C Newman remains in the hands of the family’s fourth generation.
To begin with, Factory Throwouts are a true, unchanged American classic. With attention to detail, every cigar is made in the original Cigar City – Tampa, FL – on the same hand-operated machines that were used in the iconic boom eras of the 1930’s and 40’s. To Sum up, all Factory Throwouts are priced to sell thanks to the slightly discolored tobacco from expensive Ecuadorian Sungrown imports, bought at a cheaper rate by J.C. Newman, with the savings passed onto the consumer.
With a smooth Ecuador Sungrown wrapper filled with a blend of Caribbean and Central American tobaccos, Factory Throwouts come in 3 sizes; No. 49, No. 59 and No. 99. No. 59’s are available in original sungrown, sweet or claro for that extra hint of taste. Without a doubt, these cigars are the least expensive smokes available today!

Rich Cucharo –
What most people don’t know is that these value priced sticks are produced in the Florida by J.C. Newman, the folks that bring us some of the best Super Premiums available like Julius Caesar, Diamond Crown and Brick House. Believe it or not, more than pretty good tobaccos are utilized here in a short filler machine made form. What that means is instead of containing long leaves for fillers and binder, the contents is made up of all other leaf parts that havent been used in hand made premiums. They’re all encased in different shades of really nice sungrown Ecuadorian wrappers in a variety of 3 sizes and styles. While their appearance is not perfect, each one is mild-mellow in taste with its own character. The 59 Sweet Lonsdale has always been my pick of a short pleasant smoke for a whopping $1.65 price tag.
