Description
Hiram & Solomon Curamus Toro is another highly rated cigar from this boutique firm. To begin with, what many people may not know is how this super premium cigar brand connects to the fraternal order of the Freemasons. Beginning in 2014, two cigar loving members of this organization wanted to create a cigar. But it had to be good enough to bear the iconic square and compass symbol on its label. It’s no surprise that today this company is one of the country’s premier boutique cigar makers.
With attention to detail, blend-wise, the Curamus uses a Pennsylvania broadleaf wrapper that covers a Mexican-grown binder and filler tobaccos. These fillers include Dominican corojo seco and ligero and Dominican criollo ligero as well as Pennsylvania broadleaf. So to say this cigar is complex is an understatement. These amazing cigars hail from the PDR Cigars factory located in Tamboril, Dominican Republic.
The highly critical folks at Halfwheel say at its best, the Curamus is a very good cigar. Noted reviewer KATMAN rates it at 95 simply saying it is a great medium/full strength cigar. Stogie Press gives it a score of 93 describing as quite the unique and flavorful cigar. No doubt this Hiram & Solomon entry is another winner for this great company.
To sum up, the Hiram & Solomon Curamus Toro comes in a 6 x 52 size of 20 count boxes.
