I think this dark edition is the shining star of the 107 line…..at least for me. This 92 rated beauty is a wonderfully complex medium to full bodied cigar. The blend is immediately robust and spicy with pleasant notes of espresso, cocoa and sweet fruit. This is a smooth, slow burning very serious cigar.

Ever since this NICARAGUAN edition was released in May 2020 the jury is still out when it comes to the specifics on how this cigar actually tastes. While everyone including me agrees it deserves its 90 rating, reviewers have been all over the map when it comes to characteristics, Here we go. Think molasses, coffee beans. almonds, nougat, apple juice, cedar and cinnamon …to name just a few! My take is simple. This well made cigar is full flavored, medium to full bodied and medium in strength. Hopefully, you can add some adjectives to the growing list describing this terrific stick. Enjoy!
