Description
Macanudo Estate Reserve Flint Knoll is one this iconic company’s very special entries. To begin with, literally everyone knows the name Macanudo. However, Macanudo was originally the name created by the makers of the Punch Cuban cigars. In 1971, General Cigar introduced Macanudo as a stand alone brand and the rest is cigar history! It was originally made on the Island of Jamaica under the supervision of Master Blender, Ramón Cifuentes. Production shifted from Jamaica to the Dominican Republic in October 2000 where it remains to this day.
With attention to detail, this limited edition cigar is the exquisite result of a unique collaboration between Macanudo and Flint Noel, a renowned boutique winery that craft small batch artisanal wines in California’s Napa Valley. Worth noting is the vintage tobacco ages in the winery’s French oak barrels which house their single vineyard Cabernet wine. This time consuming procedure brings a rich intricacy to the smoking experience of this extraordinary cigar.
No doubt this Macanudo is full of unique flavors due to it’s exceptional curation. When you light it up, the smooth mild to medium body stays from start to finish. The overall profile is creamier and fairly full-bodied on the taste buds. You like wine and cigars? Then this one has your name all over it!
To sum up, Macanudo Estate Reserve Flint Knoll is available in both Toro and Churchill sizes of 10 count boxes. Keep in mind that production consists of 2,500 boxes of each size.
