Boy, what a difference a wrapper makes! When Psyko 7 Maduro came to market in 2015 most of us expected just a stronger version of its NATURAL predecessor. While containing the same five country blend, utilizing a near black, oily San Andreas Mexican wrapper seems to enable this 90 rated cigar to focus on delivering a smooth chocolatey sweetness along with a sweet & salty caramel character. While everything about this cigar increased in strength and intensity as you smoke it, things never get overpowering, making this Psyko blend my favorite. Alas, “Supply Chain” issues have affected this edition’s availability. Hopefully, it’ll be back soon.
