This edition is probably one of the best examples of Erik Espinosa’s blending abilities. Over the years since this style was introduced it never received less than a 90 rating. As he continued to refine the “secret” blend, it got even better! Achieving 93 points along with becoming a top 25 cigar for 2020 was the result. This smooth, well-balanced stick yields a semi-sweet and slightly spicy taste with a medium body that increases in strength just a bit as you move along.

These cigars are always in my humidor. Each edition is perfectly made, squarely box pressed and tissue wrapped. All I can say is that you will never, ever buy a better tobacco product of any kind for the $1.14 price. They all have an ample draw, terrific aroma, balanced flavor and cool burn.

For starters, Whiskey Rebellion 1794 possesses a complex four country blend. The filler leaves are vintage grade Dominican and Nicaraguan for sure. Adding a Indonesian Besuki binder definitely ups the game. Encase everything in an Ecuadorian Habano Ligero and you know you have something special. The results speak for themselves.
Leaf Enthusiast rates it a respectable rating of 90 stating it’s a very fine addition to the lineup. Not to mention, Stogie Guys thinks it’s a winner as well. This time, they describes it as a handsome and flavorful medium bodied smoke. Think cedar, oak, espresso, and thick molasses for starters. Cigar Coop thinks this cigars ranks right at the top of the best RoMa Craft Tobac releases. They think it’s a 93. Intemperance EC XVIII utilizes a complex blend delivering the signature flavor profile Roma Craft is known for. The difference is the mild to medium strength. The results speak for themselves.
