Here’s all you need to know about JFR Lunatic Habano cigars. Aganorsa farms in Central America has been growing Cuban Seed tobacco for over 30 years utilizing Cuban Growing techniques even including Cuban farmers overseeing the harvest to insure quality. They’re a supplier to major brands like Padron among many others. When they decided to produce their own brand everyone in the industry got interested. The JFR Lunatic Habano was named the #7 cigar for 2018, with a 93-point rating. This medium bodied smoke is packed with flavor from its 52 ring size Robusto all the way up to an 70 ring sized Gordo.
Padron 1926 Series ‐ Natural is one on the most sought after cigars worldwide from this legendary company.
The multi award-winning 1926 Series premiered in 2002 to commemorate José O. Padrón’s 75th birthday. With attention to detail, these cigars are individually hand-crafted from five year old tobacco. This vintage blend creates an exceptionally smooth, complex, balanced and full-bodied flavor.
In other words, no matter what size or style, Padrons medium to full bodied cigars are always consistently perfect in every way. With a smooth draw, large volume of smoke and robust taste that increases in intensity along the way, it’s no wonder this company’s products are always difficult to find. Rightfully expensive and worth every penny. With this in mind, you just can’t go wrong with a Padron.

Casa Turrent 1880 Claro is an extremely popular cigar in this company’s lineup.
This Casa Turrent in particular possesses perfect craftsmanship and a smooth draw. The fact that a Lancero and Perfecto size is available speaks for itself.
Cigar Aficionado says the 1880 Claro has an easy draw and even burn with accents of wood, white pepper and herbs enliven the peanut core before an oaky finish. Cigar Lovers Magazine tells us it’s well made, with a generous and uniform filling. The construction is flawless and is a balanced cigar with decent intensity. Cigars and Spirits Magazine think highly of this cigar. Their description is perfect. “The flavors are distinctly nutty from the jump. Chestnuts and almonds with a nuanced saltiness that mingles nicely with hints of cinnamon and oak.”
Enough said!

What most people don’t know is that these value priced sticks are produced in the Florida by J.C. Newman, the folks that bring us some of the best Super Premiums available like Julius Caesar, Diamond Crown and Brick House. Believe it or not, more than pretty good tobaccos are utilized here in a short filler machine made form. What that means is instead of containing long leaves for fillers and binder, the contents is made up of all other leaf parts that haven’t been used in hand made premiums. They’re all encased in different shades of really nice Sungrown Ecuadorian wrappers in a variety of 3 sizes and styles. While their appearance is not perfect, each one is mild-mellow in taste with its own character. The 59 Sweet 6×45 has always been my pick of a short pleasant smoke for a whopping $1.65 price tag.
WRAPPER: Ecuador Sungrown
FILLER: Dominican and Nicaraguan

Ferio Tego Metropolitan Selection Maduro is one of a collection 5 different blends.

In other words, like it’s (Blue) Connecticut edition sister, you should not fear this dark version!
It’s hard to believe this popular cigar is still being enjoyed by connoisseurs and new comers going on 30 years. To say its a favorite is an understatement.
